Sarah Darling Tops UK Country Album Chart With ‘Wonderland’ LP

American country sensation Sarah Darling has officially become a major chart star in the UK. On June 7th the Iowa native released her stunning new album ‘Wonderland‘, the LP was written, produced and recorded across England and Wales throughout the summer of 2018 and one week after its official release it debuted at number 2 on the Official UK Country Top 20 Album Chart.

Now, one week later it has risen to number 1, making the singer/songwriter officially a hugely successful export from Nashville. The record’s success follows her breakout UK release ‘Dream Country‘, that album made Sarah a massive fan favourite amongst the growing British country music fanbase and since performing across Britain over the past five years the sweetheart of country music has become an adopted Brit with the Brits taking her to their hearts.

The hitmaker took to social media to thank fans for their support in making ‘Wonderland’ the number 1 country music album in the UK and for supporting her journey these past five years, saying: “My musical adventure started in the US, where I made beautiful fans over the years. I have played with amazing artists, and performed at stunning venues like the Grand Ole Opry. I think it’s truly unbelievable where life takes you. Five years ago, I played my first gig in the UK to 5 people. Today, I get to celebrate a #1 Country album with Wonderland!! All of my fans have made this ride so sweet! Country music for the world y’all!”. 

Fans will be able to celebrate Sarah Darling’s UK chart success throughout the Summer with the multi-talented performer headlining a number of festivals throughout the coming months:
