Sam Outlaw and Sarah Darling Announce ‘Forever and Always’ Collaboration

American country/Americana singer-songwriter Sam Outlaw has today (Thursday, 18th July) formally announced his brand new single ‘Forever and Always’ which features guest vocals from Nashville based and adopted Brit country crossover sensation Sarah Darling.

Fans first discovered that Outlaw and Darling were working on music together back last month when the pair shared a selfie via social media with the caption: “Made a new friend today. Can’t wait to show y’all what we’re cooking up!”

And after a month of waiting they will finally get to hear the song which has been penned by Sam Outlaw, tonight (Thursday, 18th July) on BBC Radio 2. The track will get its world premiere on Bob Harris’ Country Show from 9 pm UK time with guest hosts Little Big Town filling in for Bob who is currently off sick.

The new single promises to be one of the best collaborations you will hear this year and it will be officially available to download and stream from next Friday (July 26th). It also looks likely that Sarah Darling will be joined by Sam Outlaw at the Nashville Meets London festival taking place at Canary Wharf in London next Saturday (July 27th).

Sam teased a forthcoming live performance of their duet via his official Instagram announcement of ‘Forever and Always’, saying: “Tonight BBC 2 is premiering my new duet with Sarah Darling. 9 pm on Bob’s show (with guest host Little Big Town.) Sarah’s voice is a ***true classic*** and I’m so honored she collaborated with me. (And maybe we’ll get to perform the song together someday soon?)”

Make sure you all are tuned in to BBC Radio 2 from 9 pm to catch the much-anticpated world premiere of Sarah Darling and Sam Outlaw’s collaboration ‘Forever and Always’.
