Ward Thomas Announce Restless Minds: The Road Trip
This Friday (February 8th) Ward Thomas release their long awaited third studio album ‘Restless Minds‘. The LP is currently Album of the Week on BBC Radio 2 and this morning (Feb 6th) twin sisters Catherine and Lizzy joined R2 host Ken Bruce in the Piano room for a sensational live session where they performed 2016 hit ‘Carry You Home’, sublime Restless Minds album track ‘One More Goodbye’ and also gave a standout cover version of Alanis Morissette’s ‘Ironic’. Fans can listen back to the stellar live session via the official BBC Radio 2 website.
Following their R2 session the girls took to Twitter to confirm details of their Restless Minds Road Trip this weekend. The duo first floated the idea of performing an album track in different cities across the UK at the end of last week and now the exciting details have been officially confirmed.

The road trip will see Ward Thomas performing a song off ‘Restless Minds’ in order of what they appear on the CD across different cities throughout the UK over this weekend. They kick off in Guildford on Friday, February 8th and end in Glasgow on Sunday February 10th.
