Dreaming of soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls in just 15 minutes? It’s possible! A nutritionist shared her astonishing air fryer recipe with us.

Cinnamon roll recipes that you see all over social media are incredibly tempting. However, they almost always require a lengthy resting time for the dough to rise. It’s a step many of us would happily skip, especially since it’s hit or miss whether the dough actually rises, risking the success of your cinnamon rolls… Good news, we’ve finally found a no-rest cinnamon roll recipe from nutritionist Noémie Combremont. “It’s delicious!“, she exclaims while tasting. Despite the dough not rising, it still turns out wonderfully soft and bready, she notes in her YouTube video. So, why not give it a try? It’s ready in 15 minutes!

Ingredients for Noémie Combremont’s Quick Cinnamon Rolls

Here, the nutritionist selects healthy ingredients to create a balanced yet indulgent roll.

  • 70 ml of water
  • 25 g of almond puree
  • 25 ml of melted coconut oil
  • 160 g of flour
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder

For the filling:

  • 50 g of plant-based yogurt
  • 2 tbsp of granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp of ground cinnamon

How to Make Noémie Combremont’s Quick Cinnamon Rolls

Before you start, preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F).

  1. The dough: In a bowl, mix the almond puree and melted coconut oil with 70 ml of water. In another bowl, mix the flour and baking powder, then blend in the liquid mixture. Knead until the dough is soft and slightly sticky.
  2. The filling: Mix the yogurt with the sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 5 mm thick and spread the filling over it, leaving a little space at the edges. Roll up the dough into a log and cut into 4 equal pieces.
  4. Place the rolls on a baking sheet in the air fryer drawer and cook for 13-15 minutes.

They’re ready! For an extra touch of indulgence, you can whip up a quick topping with 5 g of flour, 2 tbsp of cane sugar, 1 tsp of almond puree, and 1 tbsp of melted coconut oil.
