Next, add 2 large lightly beaten eggs, ½ pot of water, 2 pots of yogurt, and 1 teaspoon of orange blossom water. Whisk everything together until the batter is smooth and free of lumps. Then cook your pancakes in a greased non-stick skillet over medium heat, pouring small ladles of batter and flipping them once bubbles form on the surface.

Tip: for even fluffier pancakes, let the batter rest in the refrigerator for an hour. But if you’re in a hurry, go ahead and cook them right away!
