Yola Carter Announces Scotland Tour – Laura K.
The AMA UK artist of the year Yola Carter has announced a string of Scotland tour dates to take place this June. The Bristol country music singer/songwriter has formally announced a brand new set of tour dates which she will be performing this summer. The news comes hot on the heels of a a fantastic 2016 which saw her release her debut EP ‘Orphan Offering’, critically acclaimed live performances in London and Nashville, and which also saw Yola receive worldwide recognition from the likes of The Guardian, NPR, The Times, and No Depression.
And Scottish fans of the rising country star will be able to see her perform live this June as she has announced a seven-date tour to take place in Scotland later this year. She has also added an acoustic trio for the tour, so it’s guaranteed to be a fantastic show.
Speaking about the upcoming tour, Yola Carter, said: “Scotland is one of my favourite places to play. It’s a place where the folk tradition is alive and kicking and open to so much music.”

23rd June – British Legion, Lerwick
24th June – Carnegie Hall, Sandwick
25th June – Binham Arts, Dunkeld
27th June – An Tobar, Tobermory
28th June – Tolbooth, Stirling
29th June – Eden Court Theatre & Cinema, Inverness
