4 US *Females You Need to Celebrate on July 4th

Today (July 4th, 2019) America celebrates its 243rd Independence Day with street parties, barbeques, live events, and great music as they commemorate the Declaration of Independence being officially signed on July 4th 1776. The historic day is celebrated across the nation and over in the UK, we honour the celebrations of our neighbours and allies from across the pond.

Here at Belles and Gals we would like to mark the July 4th, Independence Day celebrations with 4 American female country music artists you need to celebrate on this historic day in the US diary. We have put together a playlist of four empowering women all performing the US National Anthem as a way of celebrating Independence Day.

American sweetheart Sarah Darling has fast become an adopted Brit and is spending today celebrating her homeland while she stays here in the UK, however, she marked the day with a performance of the National Anthem last week when she was invited to perform for the American Ambassador in London for the annual J4 Winfield party. Her spinetingling rendition was greatly received by all who attended.

US country darling Danielle Bradbery has one of the most powerful voices within the ever-growing country music scene at the moment. She has honoured her homeland on a number of occasions by singing the US National Anthem throughout her burgeoning career.

Carly Pearce

Kentucky native Carly Pearce knows how to deliver an epic performance and when she performed the Star-Spangled Banner she does so with breathtaking control. Her vocal delivery has the US natives in the palm of her hand as she celebrates their homeland. Back in 2017, she sang the anthem at the Brickyard 400 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Multi-Grammy award-winning country trio led by female vocal powerhouse Hillary Scott always deliver with any live performance and their rendition of the US National Anthem is no different. They have been chosen multiple times for the honour and every time they leave a lasting impression thanks to their stunning three-part harmonies.
