Dolly Parton Receives Dose of her ‘Own’ Covid Vaccine

The Queen of country music Dolly Parton sings “Vaccine, vaccine, vaccine, vaccine, I’m begging of you, please don’t hesitate. Vaccine, vaccine, vaccine, vaccine, because once you’re dead, then that’s a bit too late.” A reminder that the crisis is not yet over and while joking, the overall message to urge everyone to take the necessary steps to help life return to normal is clear.

Stating she’s old and smart enough to get it and after donating $1m to fund the Moderna vaccine, Dolly encouraged everyone to get theirs when the time comes.

After being widely praised last month after stating “I don’t want it to look like I’m jumping the line” I think we can all breathe a sigh of relief knowing our treasure is now safe. The 9-5 singer had the vaccine while in the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville on Tuesday.
