Justin Bieber recently shared that he struggles with anger management and often dislikes the person he becomes when he feels fake.

On Saturday, the renowned pop artist took to social media to share his thoughts through a few cryptic posts that included images of himself and a video where he is seen making music with his band.
“I got anger issues too, but I wanna grow and not react so much smh,” Bieber, aged 31, expressed, using a facepalm emoji to emphasize his frustration.
Insightful Posts and Personal Reflections
The post was accompanied by three pictures: one showing Bieber with his head down, wearing a hoodie, a throwback photo from his younger years, and a picture that showcased a cluster of cargo containers with a tiny image that seemed to be of his son, Jack Blues.
Late Saturday, Bieber posted a video clip where he was jamming with his band. He used this opportunity to vocalize his feelings of self-doubt. “I think I hate myself sometimes when I feel myself start to become inauthentic,” he admitted in the caption.
He continued, “Then I remember we’re all being made to think we’re not enough but I still hate when I change myself to please people.”
These revelations come at a time when public concern over Bieber’s mental and physical health has been escalating, though many fans have commended him for his openness.
Earlier in the month, Bieber confessed on Instagram that he has always felt undeserving of the love and admiration he receives from his fans.
A week prior, he shared some reflective thoughts: “We have nothing to prove today just the gift of life today to accept and receive. Nothing is owed to us and we don’t owe anyone anything.”
Amidst these personal shares, Bieber’s representative has fiercely denied rumors about the singer’s alleged drug use, calling these claims “harmful.”
Recent Public Appearances
Despite the ongoing concerns, Bieber appeared to be in good spirits during a recent date night with his wife, Hailey Bieber. The couple was seen at Sushi Park, a popular celebrity dining spot in West Hollywood, California, where Bieber looked well-rested and neatly groomed.
This outing occurred amidst rumors that Selena Gomez’s latest album, “I Said I Love You First,” contains songs about her past relationship with Bieber. The former couple broke up permanently just months before Bieber tied the knot with Hailey, who gave birth to their son Jack in August 2024.
