Jane Seymour’s flawless body is the result of a well-established fitness routine. On Sunday, March 8, the star took to her TikTok to give fans a glimpse of the workout that keeps her in shape at 75. She highlighted Pilates as a discipline that is adaptable for all ages, captioning her post: “Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness, making it an ideal fitness regimen for seniors.“
She was filmed, always smiling, performing stretches at the bar and then using a Reformer machine with elastic bands around her legs and weights in her hands to increase the intensity of the workout. Each movement, precise and controlled, aims to deeply engage the muscles, tone the body, and relieve accumulated tension.
Jane Seymour’s video quickly went viral, amassing over 1,000 comments. Many viewers were astounded by her unchanged appearance since the 90s: “75 years? Months?“, “I’m 40 years younger than her but feel 40 years older“, “I thought she was in her fifties“, and “Maybe 55, but 75, I can’t believe it“, were some of the remarks.
