The actress from the upcoming “Devil Wears Prada 2,” aged 43, was seen in New York City on Tuesday sporting a striking red jumpsuit that highlighted her recently revealed pregnancy.
She donned a $2,300 Ashlyn jumpsuit, wearing it front-to-back with the low scoop neckline in the front and the boatneck at the back. The design featured a dropped waist that transitioned into a gathered peplum and draped harem-style pants.
Fashion stylist Erin Walsh enhanced the ensemble with Aquazzura sandals, featuring a red stiletto heel with a twisted, gathered upper.
Hathaway accessorized with a heart-shaped Alaïa purse priced at $1,650 and wore lavish Bulgari jewelry, combining an 18-karat gold diamond Tubogas necklace with a Serpenti Tubogas watch.
The all-red outfit was perfectly timed, coinciding with the 20th anniversary of the original “Devil Wears Prada,” famously symbolized by a single red stiletto in its teaser poster.
It marked her second consecutive day making a fashion statement. On Monday, Hathaway was seen admiring her baby bump while dressed in an all-black ensemble, complete with black-and-white heels by L’Agence.
She completed Monday’s look with a black Dior handbag and a copy of Sarah J. Maas’ fantasy novel “Crescent City.”
Throughout the “Prada 2” press tour, Hathaway cleverly concealed her pregnancy, opting for flowing dresses and loose-fitting suits from late March through May.
She publicly announced her third pregnancy on June 19 via an Instagram video, following the emergence of vacation photos showing her pregnant in St. Tropez. Hathaway, married to Adam Shulman since 2012, is already a mother to sons Jonathan, 10, and Jack, 6.
Hathaway is no stranger to bold maternity fashion. During her second pregnancy in 2019, she graced the red carpet in monochrome ruffles and vibrant pink cutouts.
The star is preparing to promote her new movie “The Odyssey,” where she portrays Penelope, the devoted wife of Odysseus. The film is set to release on July 17.
