Prince Carter’s First Red Carpet Appearance
At just three years old, Prince Carter, the son of the late Aaron Carter, stepped into the spotlight during his first red carpet event. Accompanied by his mother, Melanie Martin, Prince attended the premiere of a new documentary that explores the impact of early fame on his family. The event was held in Los Angeles and drew significant attention.

Melanie Martin was photographed holding Prince as they made their way down the red carpet set up for the screening of “The Carters: Hurts To Love You.” Prince charmed the attendees with his striking resemblance to his father, featuring tousled blond hair and expressive brown eyes.
Dressed to Impress
The young Carter was dressed fashionably in a black leather jacket, dark blue jeans, and Batman-themed sneakers, showcasing a blend of comfort and style. Martin, 32, opted for an elegant look in a gray turtleneck sweater dress with a leg slit, complementing it with a silver watch, nude heels with clear elements, and long earrings. Her makeup was flawlessly applied, and her hair cascaded in waves, resembling a mermaid’s.
Despite the flurry of camera flashes, Prince appeared calm and clung affectionately to his mother’s shoulder throughout the event.
Family and Celebrity Support
The premiere also welcomed Aaron Carter’s twin sister, Angel Carter Conrad, who joined her nephew and sister-in-law for photographs. She chose a chic black dress with sheer sleeves for the occasion.
The event saw an array of celebrities including Tori Spelling, David Arquette, Tallulah Willis, and Rebecca Gayheart, who came out to support the Carter family during this poignant unveiling.
Aaron Carter tragically passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 34, in his Lancaster, California home. An autopsy later revealed that the “I Want Candy” singer had drowned in his bathtub, under the influence of difluoroethane and alprazolam. His death was ruled an accident by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner.
The documentary comes shortly after Aaron had entered an outpatient program, aiming to overcome his challenges and regain custody of Prince, who was only nine months old at the time. This followed a court decision granting Martin full temporary custody amid concerns over domestic violence and drug use.
Challenges and Attempts to Overcome
Aaron Carter had faced accusations from Martin of physical abuse, which he strongly denied. The couple, who began dating in 2020, experienced a volatile relationship, marked by frequent breakups and reconciliations.
Following Aaron’s death, Martin expressed her deep sorrow and frustration at not being able to help him more effectively. “He has a very independent and strong personality, and I couldn’t help him in the way I felt he needed it,” she stated, overwhelmed by grief.
