Same Subject, Different Song #4

Welcome to a new short series in which I select three songs (recorded by female country artists of course!) which share a similar theme.
The fourth topic I have chosen is songs about music city itself, yes Nashville has provided some fantastic inspiration!
Which others would YOU have included? Lesley xx (twitter.com/lesleyhastings)

1. “This Town Is Killing Me” (Caitlyn Smith) taken from her 2018 album “Starfire”

2. “Nashville Stole Your Girl” (Laura Oakes) taken from her 2017 EP of the same name.

“Wrong Side Of Memphis” (Trisha Yearwood) taken from her 1992 album “Hearts In Armour”

I can recommend “Nashville story” by Narn. Narn is the nickname for country singer Rheana Forrester, from near Stoke on Trent. This song was released in 2015 when Rheana was 17. Rheana added “Nashville story” to her set list in the summer of 2015 & she always introduced the song by mentioning other singers having their own Nashville story, but poor Rheana had not visted Nadhville, so she wrote a song about wanting to visit Music City & how she imagined Nashville to be.
