Nine Yards Music in 2020
Belles and Gals are dedicated to both female country music artists and the UK country scene, so when we saw a new company appear that is dedicated to both, they certainly caught our eye. Nine Yards Music is a business dedicated to recording, producing and writing with their artists, and developing tracks in the studio, prior to releasing their material. They’re kicking off their 2020 with the first release of the year from Helena Mace. Helena’s last single ‘Runaround’ reached number 8 in the Apple Country charts, and Nine Yards Music were proud she was the only unsigned artist in the top 50 at the time.
Helena’s new single ‘Take me away’, a country power ballad, is a further development of Helena’s repertoire. It’s available on pre-order for 17th January 2020 and launches on the 31st January 2020.

Nine Yards Music are also completing 3 tracks for her forth-coming album, which will drop early in 2020. With festival appearances and regular gigs it’s going to be a busy year for Helena.
Nine Yards Music, with two studios located in Bournemouth and Newquay are expecting this year to be their busiest yet. The company are now also working with Jessie Mary, who is now concentrating on her solo career, with two singles and supporting videos already released and some amazing new tracks ready for release this spring.
Jessie is currently rehearsing to bring her live set to the UK so 2020 is going to be a big year for Jessie’s unique take on country pop.
Finally, Nine Yards Music are now writing with Molly Anne (check out Molly and the Moon). Expect two solo singles and supporting videos and more great music from this terrific new artist this summer.
