Road to C2C Festival #5 – Thomas Kavanagh

Thomas Kavanagh is a country pop/rock artist who resides in Exeter, whilst splitting much of his time travelling to both London and Nashville, Tennessee for recording and live music opportunities. In 2017 he released his debut EP ‘Pathfinder’ which saw the artist gain immediate success, as ‘I Can Be Your Superman‘ from the EP making the playlist of a high street chain and played in 2,000 stores across the UK. That song would once again be picked up, alongside 2021 single ‘Give Me a Sign‘ for TV sitcom ‘All About Casey‘ which can be viewed on Amazon Prime.

In recent weeks, Thomas has released hit single ‘Who Am I Gonna Love‘, with Nashville-based Wisconsin raised Kirstie Kraus, a song we described as ‘…a heartfelt song with a fantastic energy to it, with two voices entwined to create a perfect snapshot of emotion and longing‘.

I spoke to Thomas this week about his excitement levels heading into C2C.

‘I am so excited! It’s an all round first for me for everything! Going to C2C, playing C2C, going to the o2 arena and first solo performance in London! It can’t get any BIGGER than this!!’

At C2C Thomas will be joined by Kirstie Kraus on stage to perform their duet – an event that has caused great excitement amongst the UK Country crowd.
