    Prepare the Melon

    Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds, and scoop out the flesh. Optionally, use a melon baller to create balls or simply cut into small cubes.

    Prepare the Feta

    Drain the feta and cut into cubes approximately the same size as the melon pieces.

    Mix the Melon and Feta

    In a bowl, combine the melon and feta. Finely chop fresh mint leaves and sprinkle on top.

    Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the melon and feta salad. Lightly pepper and gently mix to avoid breaking the feta.

Tips
