21-Year-Old Sami Sheen Reveals All Her Cosmetic Procedures, Defying Critics

Sam Sheen, the 21-year-old daughter of celebrities Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, recently shared a detailed list of her cosmetic enhancements, which she claims were partly to provoke her detractors.

In a recent TikTok video, she opened up by saying, “It seems like my nose job upset quite a few people, so I thought I’d stir the pot even more by sharing everything I’ve had done,” she declared.

Sam started her cosmetic journey with lip fillers at 18, maintaining them annually due to her self-professed addiction. “I absolutely despise how my lips look without the fillers,” she admitted.

She even mentioned her habit of overlining her lips, labeling it another addiction.

Shortly after her initial lip fillers, Sam decided to try Botox to elevate her eyebrows, which unfortunately had the opposite effect, causing her face to appear droopy. “I let it dissolve naturally and haven’t tried it again,” she stated.

Next, she experimented with nose fillers to straighten and lift her nose’s tip and bridge, but soon realized that only rhinoplasty would give her the desired outcome. She recounted, “It helped a bit, but I eventually needed a full nose job for the look I wanted.”

Sam, who has amassed over $3 million from her OnlyFans since its 2022 debut, continued by mentioning her two nose jobs followed by a breast augmentation in November 2023. “They’ve finally settled properly,” she remarked, though she wishes she had opted for a larger size for future reference.

In April 2024, she endured what she described as the “worst process ever” to get her veneers, and she rounded off her series of surgeries with a second rhinoplasty in August 2024.

“That’s it, go wild in the comments,” she concluded, inviting her followers to react, which many did.

Comments ranged from concerns about her being too young for such procedures to expressions of sadness over her choices. One comment read, “Honest, yes. Insecure, definitely. Sigh… ,” while another suggested she should emulate her sister Lola, known for her natural beauty.

However, several supporters defended her decision. One commenter encouraged, “You do whatever you want. You’re beautiful, and people are just jealous.” Another empathized with the pressures of growing up in LA with famous parents, telling her, “You look amazing- stay happy!”

“Good for you! Do what makes you happy. Haters will always find something to hate,” another supporter added.

On a recent show, “Denise Richards and Her Wild Things,” Sam discussed how bullying in school led her to consider cosmetic surgery seriously. “I had to endure kids bullying me,” she shared with her mother. She recounted painful comments comparing her unfavorably to her parents, with one recent remark stating, “You’ll never be as pretty as your mom.”

During a drive to her consultation, she confessed to her mother that getting a nose job had been on her mind “for as long as [she] can remember.”
