Brandi Glanville Reveals Her Face is “Melting Away” in Emotional Outburst: “Worse Than Ever”

Brandi Glanville has had enough of pretending everything is fine.

The former star of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” aged 52, shared her struggles with health issues on social media, revealing to her followers that her face has “literally melted away” amid ongoing treatments for her facial deformity.

“I’ve been pretending, but I’m actually miserable,” she expressed via X on Thursday. “My best friend has been in the ICU for two weeks & isn’t improving. My facial condition is more severe than ever. It’s literally disintegrating.”

She elaborated, “When doctors at Cedars administered IV antibiotics & fungal meds, I started to improve. I looked normal, but I couldn’t afford to continue them.

“I had to consult doctors outside my insurance network because the doctors at Kaiser were baffled. I need a significant change in my life. Here’s the honest update on my health situation.”

Glanville’s representatives did not immediately reply to Page Six’s inquiries for additional details.

The reality TV personality, who is dealing with a suspected facial parasite, received help from famous plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow, who performed four biopsies to better diagnose her condition.

Earlier this week on Instagram, Glanville informed a follower about the results of these tests, stating that they found “no cancer.”

She noted, however, that “it takes six weeks for the cultures to develop, so there’s no update yet, but .”

Just last month, Glanville posted a video where she used a lymphatic drainage device, which vibrates to help alleviate pain, encourage fluid circulation, and prevent the progression of diseases.

Glanville, who has confessed to spending upwards of $70,000 in her quest to pinpoint the root cause of her facial deformity, discussed her health journey with Page Six in December 2024.

She revealed that she resumed her antibiotic regimen after noticing her face beginning to “cave in.”

“Honestly, I prefer it when my face is a bit swollen,” she admitted.

“When it swells just on one side, it looks awful. But this caving in sensation is slowly destroying me because I feel like I look like a drug addict,” she explained.

Glanville frankly stated that she is desperate for a solution at this point.

“At this stage, you could do anything to me, and I’d be fine with it,” she declared. “I’ve had days where I look normal, not weeks, I wish. But it’s inconsistent.”
