How Fortunate is Bri?

In a classic case of turning heartbreak into action, Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia has teamed up with the aptly named fashion label Boys Lie for a special edition collection following her split from former beau Zach Bryan.

Not surprisingly, the Boys Lie x Plan Bri range is riddled with sharp digs directed at Bryan.

Key pieces include a camouflage sweat set featuring the slogan “How Lucky Are We?” — a phrase originally shared among LaPaglia and her friends, which Bryan later used in his popular song “28” prior to their breakup.

LaPaglia also contributed to designing a hockey jersey sporting the bold statement “F— Your Money” on the front, referencing the $12 million Bryan proposed to give her in exchange for signing a non-disclosure agreement about their relationship — an offer she refused.

The back of the purple mesh jersey declares, “I’m a lot stronger than a weak man,” a line from LaPaglia’s “BFFs” podcast episode with Barstool Sports’ Dave Portnoy.

“To give you an idea, Boys Lie represents wearing your heart on your sleeve, the battles you’ve overcome, the lessons you’re still learning, and the solidarity of not being alone. Sometimes it can even symbolize something a celebrity might not need to state outright,” explained Robinson.

“Leah and I started the brand after witnessing each other endure various types of heartbreak, be it with a close friend, a partner, or the loss of a family member,” she continued.

According to Robinson, the brand’s name “is not meant to be derogatory, but rather a term of affection and empowerment.”

“We channeled that heartbreak into creating this brand that people are eager to embrace because heartbreak touches everyone. The apparel really speaks for itself,” she added.

LaPaglia’s launch follows a similar venture by “Vanderpump Rules” star Ariana Madix, who also collaborated with Boys Lie after the notorious “Scandoval” cheating scandal involving her ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval and former best friend Raquel Leviss.

Even Tori Spelling sported a Boys Lie T-shirt to signal her new single status amid her divorce from Dean McDermott last year.

Robinson confirms that the choice of collaboration partners is deliberate.

“The commonality between both [Madix and LaPaglia] is that they’ve used their pain as fuel to ignite their ambitions and pave their desired life paths through the lessons they’ve learned,” she noted.

Recently, LaPaglia told Page Six that she’s now “married” to her career — and it’s evident her trajectory is on a rapid ascent.
