David and Victoria Beckham’s Intimate Evening at Eleven Madison Park
David and Victoria Beckham recently had a romantic evening out at the acclaimed Eleven Madison Park, managed by celebrated Chef Daniel Humm, located in the heart of New York City.
The couple, David aged 49 and Victoria, a former Spice Girls icon now 50, were spotted savoring the restaurant’s all-vegan 10-course tasting menu which is priced at $365 per person. David shared glimpses of their meal through multiple Instagram posts on Tuesday.
Alongside a selfie with Victoria in the restaurant’s elegant dining area, David added the caption, “More about date night.”
A Culinary Experience to Remember
David praised the dining experience with a simple “WOW,” commenting on the vegan dishes paired perfectly with exceptional wines and delightful company.
Eleven Madison Park offers guests a choice between three tasting menus: the main dining option includes nine to ten courses for $365 per diner, a five-course menu priced at $285, and a lounge area bar tasting menu that features four to five courses for $224 per person.
The former professional soccer player shared various photos and videos displaying each dish as it was served, confirming that they opted for the 10-course meal.
David admitted to being astounded by the meal, starting with the first course—a savory dish of rice with onion topped with Thai basil. He shared his surprise with his followers, “Never been blown away by a meal like this before.”
His next course featured a beautifully arranged marinated leek salad. David posted, “Who knew leeks could taste so spectacular,” highlighting the extraordinary preparation of the simple vegetable.
Continuing the Culinary Journey
The night continued with a unique serving of fluffy bread accompanied by vegan pumpkin butter creatively shaped like a squash. “Bread like no other bread & dairy-free butter,” David remarked.
Following was a creamy avocado filled with a fava bean puree and salad, garnished with tonburi and a mint sauce, to which David reacted with a “Just WOW.”
He was also impressed by a complex silken tofu dish layered with black onion, leeks, pine nuts, and a roasted onion broth accented with curry oil. “Hidden beneath this is tofu,” David noted, expressing his admiration for the dish’s intricate layering.
Even as he began to feel full, David humorously shared his experience with a mushroom course that presented the fungi in six different preparations: fried, grilled, puréed, pickled, poached, and powdered. “Dad Jokes. Not Mushroom left but I fitted this one in,” he quipped.
He then showcased a video of his server steaming bok choy in a special ceramic pot with white truffle, before moving on to his last main dish—a slide squash in a savory broth. “And to end with squash Ridiculously good,” he exclaimed.
The dessert was equally notable, featuring honey with apple shaved ice and grape mochi encased in a candied grape leaf, alongside spiced concord pâte de fruit and mulled wine jam served with a selection of fresh grapes.
A Memorable End to the Evening
Expressing his gratitude towards the chef, David posted a photo with Daniel Humm, captioning it, “Thank you Chef. No words can describe this experience so thank you Daniel,” and praising the genius of Humm and his team at Eleven Madison Park.
After their opulent dinner, as exclusively reported by Page Six, David and Victoria, who have been married since 1999, ended up joining a private holiday party at the restaurant’s exclusive Clemente Bar.
