“They labeled my outfit as ‘boring and dowdy,'” King commented on Tuesday’s show, referring to the unnamed publication that criticized her appearance.

King was not only featured on the list but was highlighted for wearing a “frumpy white outfit,” which was described specifically as a “tight, white tank top… paired with some wrinkled, white sweatpants.”
The acclaimed Emmy winner clarified that she wore a Boston Proper tank top with Alice + Olivia cargo pants. Despite the critique about her pants being wrinkly, King shared a personal tidbit: her “favorite son, Will, ironed the pants for her.”
“He mentioned that the pockets were tricky since he’s not skilled with an iron,” King joked.
With a touch of humor, she added, “I hadn’t realized the World Cup had turned into such a fashion parade,” as her co-hosts came to her defense. “It’s not like I’m sensitive about the criticism or anything,” she remarked.
King also spoke up for other celebrities who were listed as worst-dressed, asserting that they all “looked so great.”
