Matty Healy’s Fiancée Gabbriette Launches Bachelorette Bash in Vintage Chanel!

Gabbriette Bechtel, the betrothed of Matty Healy, lead singer of The 1975, launched her bachelorette celebrations with flair on Friday, boarding a flight decked out in vintage Chanel.

At 28 years old, Bechtel was captured by her friends in playful images as they handcuffed her and escorted her onto an airplane, sharing the moments on her Instagram Story. She donned a chic, cropped white tweed blazer and a matching skirt, tailored to a mid-thigh pencil silhouette, from Chanel’s Spring 2005 line.

Her ensemble was completed with a white fascinator, white pumps, and a bridal-themed white Chanel shopping bag, as the group set off for Las Vegas.

Bechtel styled her hair in modest, shoulder-length waves and opted for her signature black lip liner paired with gray lipstick to finalize her gothic aesthetic. Once aboard the flight, she enhanced her outfit with a white feather boa and struck poses with a large cardboard cutout of Healy’s face.

“Always with me,” she captioned a post about her fiancé.

Healy, 37, began dating Bechtel only a few months after his split with Taylor Swift in June 2023, and the couple quickly became known for their public displays of affection. By September of that year, they were inseparable, and Healy proposed one year later with a distinctive ring featuring a rare black diamond set amidst a halo of white stones, reflecting her unique style perfectly.

Despite their tumultuous breakup following their brief romance, Healy and Swift seem to be on similar paths regarding their personal lives; Swift got engaged to Travis Kelce in August 2025 and plans to marry next month in New York City.

Swift, known for her “Tortured Poets Department” musical persona, may also be celebrating her bachelorette party the same weekend as Bechtel, with some guests already spotted at her Rhode Island residence earlier in the week.
