At his recent “Lost Americana” tour performance, MGK honored his two daughters, Casie Colson Baker and Saga Blade Fox-Baker, making the night memorable.

Dedicating the Los Angeles concert at The Kia Forum to his daughters, MGK shared his joy with the audience. He celebrated his eldest, Casie, now 16, and his newborn, Saga Blade, born in March with actress Megan Fox.

He emotionally noted, “My oldest [Casie] grew up too fast,” adding a personal touch to the evening.

A touching video montage featuring MGK’s family moments played during his live rendition of “play this when I’m gone,” a song he wrote for Casie, adding depth to his heartfelt tribute.

Emphasizing the Importance of Family

MGK, aged 35, expressed to the audience how crucial family is. “If you’re here with your loved ones, love them forever, man,” he urged, emphasizing the value of family connections.

Despite the challenging weather, with heavy rain and cold hitting Los Angeles, fans filled The Forum, demonstrating strong support for the Grammy-nominated artist. The effort was clearly worthwhile.

Making light of the situation, MGK joked about the weather just after opening the show with “outlaw overture” and “starman.” He said, “I looked up, I saw that weather. The clouds, I saw the rain. I said, ‘Is anybody coming?’ I’m so glad that I’m stupid and I’m wrong 98 percent of the time. The only advantage of that rain is that you guys are already wet for me. Los Angeles, I think it’s time to heat some s–t up!”

The performance was dynamic from start to finish, featuring MGK’s notorious microphone antics, guitar solos, pyrotechnics, and more.

The stage was a spectacle in itself, highlighted by a massive hand clutching a lit cigarette, cleverly mimicking the Statue of Liberty.

MGK expressed his affection for Los Angeles, stating, “I have a lot of love for this town. If there’s any place I’d rather come out and try some s–t, it’d either be back in Cleveland [my hometown], or here,” revealing that they tailor the setlist uniquely for each location.

Enhancing the tour experience, MGK included dancers like Delaney Glazer, familiar from his “cliché” music video, who performed alongside him and his band members throughout the night.

The set featured numerous hits from MGK’s “Lost Americana” album, released in August through EST 19XX and Interscope Records, following his 2022 “Mainstream Sellout.”

Celebrities such as singer Mod Sun and actress Madelaine Petsch were spotted by Page Six, enjoying the vigorous performances of tracks like “dont wait run fast,” “vampire diaries,” and “goddamn.”

The concert also marked the fifth anniversary of “Tickets to My Downfall,” the album that sparked the pop punk revival of the 2020s and received platinum certification from the RIAA. MGK’s two-hour set included popular “TTMD” songs such as “bloody valentine,” “my ex’s best friend,” “lonely,” “drunk face,” and “forget me too.”

During the show, MGK shared, “I always hope that you guys choose to show up. I hope that you support me through all the random eras that I continue to keep [creating],” later adding, “Now the words for MGK stand for Multi-Genre King. I will never be put in a f–king box!”

Anticipating his future projects, MGK revealed his plans to release a new rap album in 2026, which he described as his “greatest rap album yet,” marking a return to the genre since 2019’s “Hotel Diablo.”

He teased the audience about future shows, stating, “When you come back next year, it will be nothing like this. This is a special f–king moment. New setlist, new album.”

The “Lost Americana” global tour, produced by Live Nation, continues with upcoming performances in major locations like the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix in Sin City. The tour is set to conclude on July 1, 2026, in Ridgefield, WA, after visiting major arenas, amphitheaters, and festivals across North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

Other artists such as Wiz Khalifa, Julia Wolf, honestav, Beauty School Dropout, DE’WAYNE, Mod Sun, and Emo Night will appear at various stops throughout the tour.
