Yesterday, honoury Brit Sarah Darling announced that she will be appearing on BBC Breakfast on Tuesday, September 10th. The news of her TV interview comes just one month after the Iowa native made her BBC debut on BBC’s Sunday Morning Live where she chatted to presenter Ria Hebden about how her faith connects to her music career.

2019 has been a massive year for Sarah so far, her newest LP ‘Wonderland’ topped the UK Top 20 Album Country Chart, she has toured across Britain for a string of headline dates, and performed at multiple UK festivals this summer. The Nashville songstress has also become a regular on British TV thanks to her appearances on the BBC and Total Country this past few months firmly cementing her status as an adopted Brit.
Meanwhile this September Sarah Darling will headline the inaugural The British Country Music Festival in Blackpool across the 13-15th weekend at the Winter Gardens, the singer/songwriter will be the only non-UK artist headlining the event making her truly one of us.
Her appearance on BBC Breakfast will see her joining fellow TBCMF headliners Ward Thomas and Catherine McGrath to discuss the festival, their performances, and the incredible impact women are currently having on Country music and the ever-growing UK Country music scene in general.
This is a line-up not to be missed so make sure you’re tuned into BBC Breakfast on September 10th to see these three incredible female Country music acts discuss women in Country, TBCMF and UK’s bright and growing scene.
