UK Country Artists Cover Lady Antebellum’s ‘Wanted You More’

The times might be challenging right now, but it’s great to see artists finding new and interesting ways to collaborate. This week saw a brilliant cover of Lady Antebellum’s ‘Wanted You More’ from their 2012 album ‘Own the Night’ appear on Youtube. The song features many of the great and good of UK country music.

The song was put together by our UK Country Music Spotlight Best Musician winner Tim Prottey-Jones, and he is joined by Deeanne Dexeter (who we have featured several times in her previous role as front lady of Dexeter) on vocals,  Luke Thomas on guitar, Jake Morrell on Acoustic guitar, Jimmy Sims on Bass, Max Saidi on drums and his twin brother Tim Prottey-Jones who plays the keyboards (OK, there is only one TPJ who appears on the video twice).
