Louise Parker releases Christmas Single ‘Oh Santa’

It’s been an incredibly busy year for Belles and Gals managed Louise Parker and what better way to round it off than by releasing a Christmas single. ‘Oh Santa’ is a fun, tongue-in-cheek and upbeat Christmas song, highlighting the personality and charisma of the Essex based singer songwriter. The song is most certainly an earworm, with a singalong chorus and a fine addition to any Christmas playlist.

Louise Parker:

I am so happy to be releasing a Christmas song! Christmas is my absolute favourite time of year and, for me, it would not be the same without the music. When it came to producing ‘Oh Santa’ I wanted to incorporate all the instruments and sounds that make me think of this special time of year, sleigh bells, layered choir vocals and incredible cheesy lyrics! I could not be prouder of my very first Christmas song, I had so much fun making it. I hope you all enjoy this song and the holiday season. All my love and best wishes, Louise 🙂 xo

Oh Santa’ is the fourth single from what can only be described as a breakout year for Louise Parker. Her first single of the year, ‘If You Want Me To’, a duet with Joey Clarkson, reached the top five of the UK Country Chart, and it only got better from there. ‘Lie to Me’ reached the heights of number 2 on the chart and was recently named ‘Song of the Year’ by Nashville’s Indie Country Radio. ‘Just Friends’ continued the fantastic run by hitting the top 3 of the chart. This year has also seen Louise nominated in both the ‘UK Female Country Singer’ and the headline ‘UK Country Artist of the Year’ categories at this years UK Country Music Awards.
