Road to C2C Festival #4 – Paris Adams

Now carving a path as a solo artist, Paris Adams is no stranger to C2C having appeared there in previous years as lead singer and main songwriter of The Adelaides, the all female UK country trio she founded and which sadly fell victim to the enforced hiatus over Covid.
This year sees her performing slots ( timing tbc) in London on all three days, having made her live debut as a solo artist opening for Caitlyn Smith on her UK tour last year. And if her set then is anything to go by, this seasoned performer and talented writer is definitely one you need to make a point of catching over the weekend.
Her debut single ” Gold”, recorded in Nashville with Grammy winning producer Femke Weidema, was released recently, a song Paris co-wrote with Tim Prottey – Jones and Jake Morrell. And it sounds as if there’s plenty more new music to look forwards to from Paris who says ” I have spent a year writing, in Nashville and in the UK, and I am so proud of the results. This new material, of which ‘Gold ‘ is the first taste, is my best yet and I cannot wait for people to hear it”.
