The magazine reported that the event, which was attended by 170 guests, eschewed the typical opulence associated with celebrity weddings.

“Their main goal was to dance and enjoy themselves, and their love for each other was palpable,” a source shared, pointing out the absence of a traditional seated dinner.

Guests mingled around cocktail tables, enjoying food from Nobu and indulging in an “extravagant” ice cream bar.

The bride, aged 33, and the groom, aged 37, kicked off their reception with a barefoot first dance, which led to a night where everyone danced shoeless to the tunes of DJ Mark Ronson, thoroughly enjoying the celebration.

The wedding décor was described as “very eclectic,” personally styled by Blanco with a heavy use of velvet. According to an insider, the décor mirrored the couple’s Beverly Hills residence, with Blanco taking great pleasure in the design process.

“There were rugs and carpets all over because Benny prefers to go without shoes,” added the source.

The vows exchanged were “heartfelt and sweet,” moving the guests to tears, especially when Blanco mentioned Gomez’s younger sister, Gracie, aged 12.

Blanco presented his new sister-in-law with a book of coupons for various treats, including days out and shopping sprees.

Gomez was visibly moved during Blanco’s shorter vows and was “sobbing uncontrollably” as they exchanged their final affirmations.

Swift, who herself got engaged to Travis Kelce recently, attended the wedding in Santa Barbara, California. She delivered a moving speech about their friendship and made a light-hearted comment about Gomez getting married before her.
