Celebration Time for Swiftie Brides

Taylor Swift fans planning their weddings have a reason to celebrate.

Although Travis Kelce may have had a hand in designing a unique engagement ring for Taylor Swift, complete with special nods to her career, now even her fans can own a similar design without the hefty price tag.

Jewelry designer Kindred Lubeck disclosed in Vogue that her design firm, Artifex, is set to introduce a wedding jewelry collection on April 10.

Introducing Artifex Bridal by Kindred Lubeck

The Artifex Bridal line by Kindred Lubeck will feature quarterly releases of approximately 25 rings, alongside a selection of matching bracelets, earrings, and other nuptial adornments, each showcasing her distinctive style. However, no two pieces will be identical.

The new collections are designed to accompany a bride from her engagement onward, featuring Lubeck’s unique hand-engraved designs in every item.

Lubeck crafts her rings with a focus on the centerpiece stone, ensuring that although designs may be reused, “each ring will be a one-of-a-kind creation; the structure of every ring will be crafted anew to accommodate a different, carefully chosen stone.”

“You won’t find another person with the exact same ring as yours,” Lubeck noted during her interview.

Lubeck admitted that she currently produces only about 10 rings annually, emphasizing that “mass production completely contradicts our brand’s core values.”

To scale her production, Lubeck will personally select each gemstone and then delegate the crafting to a jeweler whom she has “personally trained” and “hired to employ her distinctive hand-engraving technique.”

The initial launch will not only include diamond engagement rings but also feature a channel-set baguette wedding band with a milgrain edge, and Lubeck’s interpretation of a tennis bracelet, decorated with engraved sunburst patterns and — naturally — a 3.63-carat old mine cut diamond ring adorned with an engraved halo and intricate looping details.

Mark your calendars: with the first exclusive release scheduled for April 10 at 4 p.m., these limited-edition pieces are expected to sell out quickly.
