The magazine ELLE is celebrating its 80th anniversary. For this special occasion, they’ve created three different covers, one of which features Sophie Marceau. The actress also celebrated her own milestone, turning 59 on November 17th. On the brink of a new decade, she refreshed her iconic haircut adding some modern twists. Marceau has kept her signature long bob with feathered strands, but now includes a straight bang. Previously a fan of the soft, curtain bang, this time she opted for a bolder, thicker look that frames her face beautifully. Another hair update is her lighter, hazelnut-colored hair that splendidly enhances her complexion.

For this photo shoot, the Parisian actress also nailed her makeup look. Crafted by French makeup artist Anne Guilmard, the makeup features sun-kissed shades for an instantly radiant effect. Sophie Marceau appears with a smoothed complexion, enhanced by bronzing powder across her face. A rosy blush matched with her lipstick adds softness to her beauty look. Lastly, depth was added to her eyes with brown eyeshadows and a fine line of black kohl.
