“Sport has given me motivation and discipline. It has also taught me to stay humble,” Princess Charlene told Vogue magazine. Since retiring from professional sports in 2007, she has continued to swim, though less intensively than before. And rightfully so, as swimming is one of the most effective ways to achieve firm, sculpted arms as the skin begins to lose its elasticity with age.
Whether it’s walking, cycling, or paddleboarding, the wife of Prince Albert II engages in other low-impact exercises that help combat fat. These repetitive movements work the entire body, building both strength and endurance. It’s an excellent way to gradually increase the heart rate while being gentle on the joints. Another favorite activity of hers? Aquabike sessions, which help tone her body and enhance her overall well-being.
Regarding her diet, there is no doubt that Charlene of Monaco focuses on healthy, balanced meals. “I try to eat a lot of fish and fresh fruits and vegetables. And I drink plenty of water—it’s important to stay hydrated,” she shared a few years ago in Women’s Health.
