The park’s diverse offerings cater to everyone: from family-friendly rides to breathtaking roller coasters, along with spectacular shows and refreshing water attractions.
What’s New at Europa-Park in 2025?
This year, the park’s season kicks off on March 22, 2025. Europa-Park will reopen its gates to the public and also celebrate its 50th anniversary with several new features. An interactive new attraction, GRAND PRIX EDventure, will immerse visitors in a race inspired by the film “Grand Prix of Europe.” Over at Rulantica, the new water park next to Europa-Park, an outdoor pool, Svømmepøl, and a new themed area, Nørd Havn, are set to debut. Special events like the Nordic Festival of Lights, along with new shows and parades, will enhance the season. These additions promise an even more unforgettable experience for visitors! And there’s more: in 2026, Europa-Park will introduce a 21st themed area dedicated to Monaco.
What Are the Main Attractions at Europa-Park?
Thrill-seekers will find plenty to excite them with several roller coasters, including the legendary Silver Star, which reaches speeds over 80 mph, or the Eurosat – CanCan Coaster. In 2024, Voltron Nevera was added, offering a spectacular ride with electrifying accelerations. Blue Fire, known for its launch from 0 to 62 mph in 2.5 seconds, remains a favorite for adrenaline junkies. Those who enjoy a good scare can head to the haunted attraction Geisterschloss, while younger guests might enjoy family rides and the magical settings of Sleeping Beauty’s castle or the Andersen Fairy Tale Tower. For a more interactive experience, the park also offers engaging attractions. Europa-Park is committed to dazzling its visitors with grandiose shows, parades, and street performances throughout its various themed areas.
What Makes Europa-Park Stand Out?
Europa-Park captivates with its 20 themed areas, each inspired by a different European country. From Spain to Scandinavia, through France and Greece, each zone offers total immersion with authentic architectures and attractions that match the local ambiance. Other themed zones, like the Enchanted Grimm Forest, Adventure Land, or Arthur and the Invisibles, transport both young and old into enchanting worlds. Rulantica, opened in 2019, expands the experience with its vast 450,000 sq m water park. Featuring both indoor and outdoor areas, it includes 25 attractions and 17 slides, all set in a captivating Nordic theme. A definitive highlight for extending the fun, whether in summer or winter.
