For anyone keeping up with Season 3 of “The Traitors,” it’s clear that the ex-“Bachelorette” has developed a strong alliance with Chrishell Stause and Nikki Garcia, dubbing themselves the Bambis. However, (spoiler alert!) Windey is now the sole survivor of their trio.
In an exclusive interview with Page Six Style at the AT&T store during a promotional event for the mobile brand, Windey shared her desire to celebrate Galentine’s Day with her Bambi crew and her quirky best friend, Carolyn Wiger. She described Wiger, a “Survivor” contestant, as the ideal companion for wild adventures, saying, “This is the gal I want by my side when things get wild.”
Behind the Scottish-Chic Style
Discussing her wardrobe choices on the Peacock reality show, Windey revealed that contestants were given a mood board before heading to the castle, filled with argyles, plaids, and a palette of reds and blacks.
When questioned whether she saved her standout outfits for the finale or chose to showcase them early in the “Clue”-themed game, Windey disclosed that there was more to her strategy than just gameplay.
“It’s all about balance. I went with my top choices early because I figured I could be out at any moment. Naturally, I wanted to make an impression from the start,” she explained, noting that production sometimes assisted contestants in picking out challenge-appropriate attire.
“I even had [my girlfriend] Robby [Hoffman] send me some extra clothes because I was running out. There’s quite a bit of strategy involved,” she added.
“My main concern was my outfit. I show up, look cute, deliver some zingers, and then head home,” Windey commented.
Winning at Love
The beloved reality star, who initially captured America’s heart on “The Bachelor” and later as a co-lead on “The Bachelorette,” is currently thriving in her love life with comedian Hoffman.
The couple, who started dating in 2023 and recently moved in together, are still going strong. Windey mentioned she keeps the “Traitors” plot twists from her girlfriend, explaining, “Robby can’t be trusted with secrets, NDA or not, so she’s learning everything in real-time.”
She humorously added that Hoffman “would be eliminated or exiled immediately” if she participated in the show due to her inability to hold back, even when she’s clearly in the wrong.
Yet, Windey thought it would be amusing to see her girlfriend in Scottish attire: “She and Alan could swap clothes.”
Valentine’s Day Plans
The pair intends to celebrate Valentine’s Day with an early dinner at Carbone, noting, “It was the only slot available. Last time we were turned away, so we ended up at the second-choice Italian spot nearby,” Windey shared.
She also mentioned that they agreed to forego gifts this year after splurging during Christmas. However, followers of Windey’s entertaining TikTok account will be pleased to know her Valentine’s Day nail design is a love-themed French manicure, or “Fwench,” as she playfully pronounces it.
Discussing her nail fashion, Windey said, “I go through phases. I wouldn’t rule out a bedazzled look soon, but currently, I’m loving the French. I enjoy experimenting with different styles,” she added, “I like to balance classy and trashy.”
