The actor was recently seen flaunting his toned physique while surfing in Hawaii amidst his ongoing legal battle with Blake Lively.
Photographs captured Baldoni, showcasing his impressive biceps and sculpted abs, skillfully surfing on Thursday.
Surfing Session Details
Baldoni, 41, chose to surf shirtless, donning dark blue board shorts, his hair tousled by the ocean wind.
His leg muscles tensed as he expertly balanced on his green surfboard.
The director seemed cheerful, frequently spotted smiling as he soaked up the sun and surfed the waves. He also enjoyed a leisurely walk along the beach at one point.
Baldoni’s outing included his buddy Garrett Gee, although his wife, Emily Baldoni, was not seen on the beach, despite being in Hawaii with him.
Family and Legal Drama
Last month, Emily, 40, publicly supported Justin for the first time since the lawsuit from Lively, 37, who in December 2024 accused him of sexual harassment and alleged he ran a disparagement campaign against her during their movie promotion for “It Ends With Us.”
On January 24, Emily shared a heartfelt birthday post on Instagram featuring Justin and their two kids, captioned, “Happy birthday my love. Celebrating the man, husband, and father that you are. I’d choose you again and again.”
The couple, married since 2013, has two children: nine-year-old Maiya and seven-year-old Maxwell.
Escaping to Hawaii
After refuting Lively’s allegations, Los Angeles resident Justin retreated to Hawaii. He also filed a lawsuit against the New York Times for defamation in December after they reported Lively’s lawsuit.
Subsequently, he initiated a $400 million legal action against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, accusing them of defamation and extortion last month.
Baldoni has accused Lively of attempting to dominate their film project, derived from Colleen Hoover’s 2016 novel “It Ends With Us,” which premiered in theaters in August.
Personal Struggles Amid Legal Issues
In a recent podcast, Justin opened up about his emotional and mental struggles, confessing that the past year had been particularly challenging and anxiety-inducing.
His lawyer stated that Justin has been both financially and emotionally shattered by the ongoing legal disputes.
The trial between Justin and Lively is set to commence in March 2026.
