Elle Woods remains timeless.

While promoting the upcoming “Legally Blonde” prequel, actress Lexi Minetree donned an outfit originally worn by Reese Witherspoon.

During her visit to “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” the 25-year-old Minetree embraced the iconic character’s favorite hue, appearing in a pink tulle ensemble that Witherspoon had worn at the movie’s premiere in 2001.

The outfit, designed by Marc Jacobs, boasted a knee-length, mermaid hem design with spaghetti straps. It featured bright pink taffeta covered by a light, sheer black tulle adding a modern twist.

Witherspoon had styled the outfit with coordinated lipstick, her blonde hair pulled back into a sleek bun, and strappy heels.

While Minetree opted for different accessories than those Witherspoon wore 25 years earlier, she still channeled early 2000s fashion, stepping out in a pair of bright pink Steve Madden mules.

At the time the original film was released, Minetree was only three months old, but she’s now fully stepping into the role of a younger Elle Woods for the Prime Video series “Elle,” set to premiere on July 1.

To secure the part, Minetree revealed that she embraced her inner Elle Woods for the casting team. “I knew what I had to do—I recreated her Harvard admissions video,” she shared, noting that “my mom assisted me with filming it.”

The series takes place in 1995, tracing Woods’ experiences through high school, with Witherspoon acting as one of the executive producers.
