Nicole Kidman has been making waves in New York City.

The Academy Award-winning actress showcased two head-turning outfits in a single evening while promoting her latest series on Prime Video, titled “Scarpetta,” this past Monday.

Her night began on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” where she donned a sleek all-black ensemble from Khaite. Her outfit featured the label’s cropped, collarless Roto leather jacket and a snug Winton midi skirt. She completed the look with sheer stockings and a pair of Christian Louboutin heels with their signature stiletto silhouette.

Evening of Changes and Chic Gatherings

Following her appearance on the talk show, Kidman attended a discussion at the 92nd Street Y alongside her co-star Jamie Lee Curtis, who matched Kidman’s energy in a leopard print, and “Scarpetta” showrunner Liz Sarnoff. Later, the 58-year-old star changed her ensemble for a visit to the SoHo wine bar Bibliothèque.

For her second look of the night, Kidman opted for a gray leopard print tweed swing coat from the Chanel Métiers d’Art 2026 collection, a debut series by Matthieu Blazy that was first revealed at a currently nonoperational subway station in Lower Manhattan last December. The coat, crafted with handwoven tweed by Chanel’s Lesage atelier, featured a striking cherry red lining. This pop of color was echoed in her footwear—a pair of Chanel gold cap-toe pumps adorned with a sculptural red ball heel. Both of Kidman’s stunning looks were styled by Jason Bolden.

A Loyal Chanel Enthusiast

As a longstanding ambassador for Chanel, Kidman frequently selects the prestigious brand for her public appearances. Just last month, she was spotted wearing her naturally curly hair with a finely tailored Chanel blazer and the highly sought-after “Chanel 25” bag at Sydney airport. A similar fashion-forward, Chanel-centric ensemble was also her choice for travel earlier in January.

Additionally, during Blazy’s inaugural runway show for Chanel in October, Kidman introduced a new hairstyle with breakup bangs, making her first public appearance since her divorce filing from Keith Urban, accompanied by her daughters Sunday Rose, aged 17, and Faith Margaret, aged 15.

The eagerly anticipated “Scarpetta,” based on Patricia Cornwell’s renowned series of crime novels, features Dr. Kay Scarpetta, a forensic pathologist, as she pursues a serial killer across two different time periods. The series is set to premiere on Prime Video on March 11.
