Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s Former Beverly Hills Home Hits the Market

Before Travis Kelce made headlines with Taylor Swift in Cleveland, Swift once resided in a luxurious Beverly Hills estate, which is now up for sale again.

Swift acquired the Pillsbury Estate back in 2011, where she famously composed her chart-topping pop album “1989.”

The estate is currently owned by power couple, fashion mogul Nicolas Bijan and interior designer Roxy Bijan. They are offering the 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom residence for an asking price of $7,995,000.

Constructed in 1941 for the Pillsbury family, the 1.5-acre estate boasts several exceptional features, including a motor court that accommodates eight vehicles, more than a dozen mature live oak trees, and a pickleball court.

The Bijans acquired the home directly from Swift in 2018 and have since embarked on extensive renovations throughout the estate, which consists of a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath main house and a separate 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest house.

Their remodel has even garnered attention from Architectural Digest, which featured the home in 2021.

“This house is remarkable due to its privacy and seclusion. It feels as though you’re in the English countryside, yet you’re just a short drive from the Polo Lounge,” Nicolas Bijan explained to Page Six Hollywood.

Fans of Taylor Swift might recognize the estate from her notable “73 Questions” video interview with Vogue.

“Upon moving in, we discovered a beautiful piano in the home office. It was impossible not to feel inspired by the history of that room,” Bijan remarked, noting that it was in this same space that he launched his fashion brand, NB44. “It’s clear that many beautiful things have occurred here. I hope the next owner will also find creative inspiration in this space.”

The home has indeed been a muse for the Bijans, who held their wedding there in 2020 after their original plans in Lake Como were thwarted by COVID. Since their nuptials, they have started a family, welcoming two children.

While the Bijans have infused their distinctive style into the residence, a piece of Swift’s legacy remains: an olive tree planted by her ex-boyfriend, DJ Calvin Harris, which still thrives in the garden, now amidst Roxy’s vibrant hot-pink roses.
