Tiera Kennedy Releases New Version Of “Found It In You” Ahead Of US Country Radio Debut
As flagship artist to Nicolle Galyon’s groundbreaking Songs & Daughters Publishing, Alabama-born Tiera Kennedy finds herself as a voice for young women everywhere. Last Friday saw the talented country artist on the rise release a new version of ” Found It In You ” via The Valory Music Co., a beautiful tribute to her now husband and creative director Kamren Kennedy which was inspired by her realisation that so many 20-somethings were also both seeking and finding the same kind of life-sustaining and fulfilling loves in their own lives. First released independently in demo form to give fans a taste of where her music was heading, the love song celebrates the euphoria of realising that that this is what happily ever after looks like. This time round Tiera and her co-writer/producer Cameron Befell have joined forces with Dann Huff in the studio to add a more expansive sound to the track which is perfect for her self-described R&B infused Country convergence.
Tiera explains ” When I wrote ‘ Found It In You ‘ it was a song that had all the things I think my music is made of, in terms of melody, lyric, story – and I was excited we were able to put out an early version. But now, after my wedding and getting some momentum , I’m thrilled to share the great big production version we made after having Dann Huff join us in the studio”.
As the host of Apple Music Country’s The Tiera Show, Tiera Kennedy puts her stamp on Country music daily. With the initial 16 million+ on-demand streams laying the foundation for “Found It In You,” the updated take on this beautiful love story is set to deliver an even bigger connection on Country radio in late July.
