It’s game time!
The US Open has been a whirlwind of intense matches and celebrity appearances, and it’s all wrapping up this weekend.
If you’ve been glued to the tournament from the start or are just tuning in for the climactic end, here’s how you can stream the finals without missing a beat.
When are the US Open singles finals?
The US Open women’s singles final will be broadcast on ESPN starting at 4 p.m. EST on Saturday, Sept. 6. The men’s singles final will follow, beginning at 2 p.m. EST on Sunday, Sept. 7.
How to stream the US Open finals at no cost
If you’re without cable, a live TV streaming service is your best bet to watch the US Open finals live. DirecTV offers a five-day free trial which is a great option to consider. (Note: Subscriptions begin at $49.99/month following the trial.)
Alternatively, ESPN’s own streaming service also airs the matches. It has a Select plan at $11.99/month and an Unlimited plan at $29.99/month, which includes 24/7 live ESPN coverage.
Contenders in the US Open women’s finals
This weekend, Amanda Anisimova goes head-to-head with top seed Aryna Sabalenka. Sabalenka, the current champion, is on the brink of being the first woman to secure back-to-back singles titles at the US Open since Serena Williams in 2014.
The last encounter between Anisimova and Sabalenka was at the Wimbledon women’s semifinal in July 2025, where Anisimova clinched her first-ever Slam title.
Contenders in the US Open men’s finals
Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz, the top two seeds, will compete in this year’s men’s singles finals.
This match is notable as it’s the third consecutive Grand Slam final featuring the same pair this season, following their earlier clashes at the French Open and Wimbledon.
