The 53-year-old actor from “The White Lotus” embraced a bold look for the cover of Cultured magazine, sporting a snug, bright yellow Speedo complemented by eye-catching accessories.
Goggins showed off his sculpted physique, combining the vivid swimwear with a brown suede Zegna jacket and eclectic pieces from his own jewelry collection, topped off with striking cowboy boots.
“What an outrageously inventive and wild f—king day,” Goggins shared on social media about the photo session, which unfolded in Santa Monica.
He humorously added, “I don’t think they’ll ever let me back on the Santa Monica Pier.”
Celebratory Reactions from Fans
The provocative photos certainly captured fans’ attention.
One follower humorously commented, “i guess i’m supposed to work after this, okay.” Another echoed the sentiment, stating, “I’m gonna need a full business day to recover from these.”
“Walton got me goggin ,” remarked one admirer. “I just dropped to my knees in the Target parking lot,” another fan joked, overwhelmed by the images.
As one of the magazine’s 2025 CULT100 cover stars, Goggins expressed his excitement about collaborating with photographer Sinna Nasseri, revealing that his enthusiasm led him to stand up through a car’s sunroof during the shoot.
“You don’t do that in Santa Monica,” he noted. Their adventure quickly attracted police attention, but Goggins added, “Luckily he was a fan of ‘The Shield,’ so it worked out,” referring to his role in the early-2000s FX drama.
Goggins Discusses His Acting Approach
In the accompanying interview, the actor from Alabama discussed his acting philosophy, which he described as “reverence,” particularly in relation to his performance in the acclaimed HBO series.
“Someone I worked with on ‘The White Lotus’ didn’t fully grasp my method,” he mentioned, possibly hinting at a rumored disagreement with co-star Aimee Lou Wood.
“My character— Rick Hatchett — he’s isolated. So during filming, I was isolated,” Goggins explained. “I appreciated reflecting that, but it was emotionally challenging,” he confessed.
