Beat egg yolks and mix with melted chocolate. Whip the egg whites into stiff peaks and fold into the chocolate mixture.

AssemblyLine a mold with plastic wrap. Dip the inside of the ladyfingers in milk mixed with sugar. Place them sugar side in, around the edge of the mold. Do the same for the bottom.

RestingPour half of the chocolate mousse into the mold. Add a layer of biscuits, then the remaining mousse, and top with more biscuits. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

ServingUnmold and garnish. Serve chilled.
