  • Ladyfingers

  • Strawberries
    500 g

  • Cottage cheese
    350 g

  • Vanilla sugar
    2 sachets

  • Lemon
    1/2

  • Sugar
    50 g

Preparation

    Wash and hull the strawberries (save some for decoration). Cut them into small pieces. Add the juice of 1/2 lemon, the 2 sachets of vanilla sugar, and mix.

    Mix 350 g of cottage cheese with the sugar. Add the strawberries.

    Soak the ladyfingers (unsweetened side) in a little sweetened water. Line the sides and bottom of a charlotte mold.

    Add half of the cottage cheese/strawberry mixture. Add a layer of ladyfingers and the rest of the cottage cheese/strawberries.

    Finish with a layer of ladyfingers. Place the lid on the charlotte mold and refrigerate for 6 hours.
  6. To finish

    Unmold and decorate with some sliced strawberries.
