Wash and hull the strawberries (save some for decoration). Cut them into small pieces. Add the juice of 1/2 lemon, the 2 sachets of vanilla sugar, and mix. -

Mix 350 g of cottage cheese with the sugar. Add the strawberries. -

Soak the ladyfingers (unsweetened side) in a little sweetened water. Line the sides and bottom of a charlotte mold. -

Add half of the cottage cheese/strawberry mixture. Add a layer of ladyfingers and the rest of the cottage cheese/strawberries. -

Finish with a layer of ladyfingers. Place the lid on the charlotte mold and refrigerate for 6 hours. -
To finish
Unmold and decorate with some sliced strawberries.
