In an interview with Gala magazine, Faustine Bollaert shared that she belongs to the early diner group. “I have dinner with my kids at 6:45 PM. By 7:15-7:30 PM, everyone has finished eating. That means there’s a 12-hour gap before I eat again the next day,” the TV host explained. She added, “Eating dinner at 9:00-9:30 PM just doesn’t work for me anymore. If I do, I feel like I’m eight kilos heavier the next day.” This extended fasting period between dinner and breakfast plays a critical role in weight loss. By dining early, Bollaert not only enhances her digestion but also reduces her insulin levels and boosts growth hormone secretion. This leads to the release of fatty acids into the bloodstream, aiding in fat loss. However, like anyone else, Bollaert has her moments of temptation. When cravings strike, she tries to manage them wisely. “Sometimes I might crave a piece of chocolate while watching TV, but I usually opt for a cup of tea to satisfy me instead,” she confided to the magazine.

What Bollaert eats also significantly impacts her flawless physique. To maintain her ideal body, she doesn’t restrict her diet but simply limits certain foods that are known to contribute to weight gain. “I choose whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, and brown rice. It’s a small change, but it means a lot more fiber for my kids. I also prefer sliced ham because it contains far fewer nitrites and additives than pre-packaged hams. I buy a lot of fresh products,” she has previously stated.
