Travis Kelce’s Brother Launches Made-in-USA Apparel Line

Travis Kelce is well-known for his stylish getups, but he’s not the only one in the family with an interest in fashion. His brother, Jason Kelce, recently announced a major update to his low-key fashion brand, Underdog. The brand now features a line of sweatshirts and T-shirts that are entirely manufactured in the United States.

In an interview with the New York Times, the ex-Philadelphia Eagles star emphasized that his American-made apparel would be distinctly less flashy than his brother’s designs.

Jason, a former ESPN host known for his casual style and preference for flip-flops, expressed his disinterest in high-end fashion brands. “I’ve never understood why someone would want to wear Gucci or other luxury brands,” he said, hinting at his brother Travis’s fashion choices. “I’ve always been more inclined towards clothing that represents the working class rather than formal attire,” he continued.

The new clothing items are produced in collaboration with American Giant, a company based in San Francisco. The cotton used in the garments is sourced from North Carolina, while the final production takes place in California.

On the other hand, Travis owns his own fashion line named Tru Kolors, which is famous for its bold and adventurous styles, including pieces from high-profile brands like Louis Vuitton, Amiri, and Gucci.

Despite their differences in style, Jason’s wife, Kylie Kelce, mentioned on her podcast “Not Gonna Lie” that style isn’t a strong suit for her and Jason, leaving that to Travis. However, Jason did launch Underdog in 2022, initially focusing on Eagles-themed merchandise.

Since retiring from football and becoming a father of four, Jason has shifted the focus of his brand. The newly revamped line promises durable, comfortable clothing ideal for both work and relaxation. According to the brand’s website, these clothes are “made to be worn in, not worn out,” highlighting their lasting quality.

Jason shared his specific preferences in the design process with the Times. “I don’t like the inside of a sweatshirt to feel too fuzzy. I prefer something sturdier that you can wear whether you’re working or just lounging at home,” he explained.

The initial offerings from Underdog include flat-bill caps, pocket T-shirts, and crewneck sweatshirts, all available in the colors associated with his former team: hunter green, cream, and black. The designs also incorporate a German shepherd motif, maintaining a connection to the Eagles.

Eagles Legacy and Underdog Spirit

The Eagles famously adopted the underdog persona, even donning dog masks during their victorious 2018 Super Bowl run against the New England Patriots. This spirit continues to resonate with the team and its fans, especially after their recent 2025 Super Bowl victory over Travis Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs.

With the ongoing success of both the Eagles and the Kelce brothers in their respective fields, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Travis sporting an Underdog hat in support of his brother’s venture soon.
