The 41-year-old appeared in a striking all-black ensemble at the opening day of the Royal Ascot on Tuesday, accessorizing in a way that would make her rock legend father proud.
Her choice of a black mesh fascinator, designed to resemble bat wings, was a direct nod to her father, often referred to as the Prince of Darkness.
Kelly’s Stylish and Symbolic Outfit Details
Kelly’s outfit was meticulously coordinated, featuring a flowing, form-fitting dress that fell to her ankles, which she paired with Gina brand open-toe platform heels priced at $1,915. She completed the look with a sequined Chanel clutch.
Adding a personal touch to her attire, she wore meaningful jewelry, including the Trinity necklace from Jason of Beverly Hills, valued at $17,995, which also paid homage to Ozzy.
The symbol of the bat holds a special significance in the Osbourne family lore, stemming from an incident in 1982 when Ozzy famously bit the head off a bat during a concert in Des Moines, Iowa, thinking it was a rubber prop.
