She emphasized the importance of regular physical activity, even in colder months. “Winter is coming, and with it, a decline in motivation for sports,” she noted. Nevertheless, she highlighted the benefits of exercise for “relieving stress, boosting morale, and strengthening the immune system!” To find motivation, the beauty queen shared her tips, starting with a warm-up. As muscles and joints tend to be stiffer in the cold, it’s crucial to start with some brisk walking or a light jog. Then, optimizing comfort during exercise is also vital. Marine’s tip includes the “famous three-layer technique” featuring a breathable base layer, an insulating second layer, and a final waterproof and windproof outer layer.

For those who prefer staying warm, indoor sports are also a viable option to keep moving without feeling chilly. The French beauty recommends yoga, strength training, or swimming. The key is to maintain regular physical activity, no matter the chosen discipline.
