Ingredients

For the Salad

  • White Rice

    1 cup

  • Red Bell Pepper

  • Garlic Clove

  • Onion

  • Drained White Tuna

    170 g

  • Canned Corn Kernels

    4 tbsp

  • Sliced Black Olives

    4 tbsp

For the Dressing

  • Yellow Mustard

    1 tbsp

  • Light Mayonnaise

    2 tbsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Olive Oil

    2 tsp

  • Salt


  • Pepper


Preparation

    Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Set aside.

    Sauté the vegetables (bell pepper, garlic, and onion) in a skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add the tuna and basil 2-3 minutes before the end of cooking.

    Combine the cooked rice, vegetables, olives, and corn.

    Add the mayonnaise and mustard. Mix well.

    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve chilled.
