Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). -

Beat the eggs with the cream until smooth. Add the crumbled tuna, well-drained mixed vegetables, grated cheese, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper, and mix in the herbs. -

Pour into a loaf pan and bake for 45 to 60 minutes. Check doneness with a knife. -
To finish
Allow to cool before unmolding and refrigerate. This terrine is best served cold as chilling helps it to set properly.
