  • Eggs

    4 units

  • Thick cream

    20 cl

  • Canned tuna

    150 g

  • Mixed vegetables

    400 g

  • Grated cheese

    120 g

  • Breadcrumbs

    2 tbsp

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Herbs (chives, parsley, basil…)

    4 to 5 tbsp

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

    Beat the eggs with the cream until smooth. Add the crumbled tuna, well-drained mixed vegetables, grated cheese, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper, and mix in the herbs.

    Pour into a loaf pan and bake for 45 to 60 minutes. Check doneness with a knife.
  4. To finish

    Allow to cool before unmolding and refrigerate. This terrine is best served cold as chilling helps it to set properly.
