Preheat the oven to 390 °F. Mix all ingredients except the salmon in a mixing bowl. -

Add the crumbled salmon and adjust the seasoning. -

Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove the terrine when it is golden brown. -
Serving
Allow to cool before slicing into 8 pieces. Serve chilled, ideally prepared the day before.
