Irish pop and rock-infused country music outfit The Rising have officially confirmed details of their forthcoming new single ‘Endless Summer’. The track was first announced by the band on July 14th with the social media caption: “NEWS: We will be releasing a BRAND NEW single. It’s called Endless Summer. Here is the artwork. Details coming soon.”

And now the fast-rising crossover trio who are really making a name for themselves within the ever-growing UK country music scene, have confirmed to us that the eagerly anticipated single will be officially dropping on Friday, August 2nd.
Here at Belles and Gals we have been lucky enough to have a sneaky early listen and we can tell you that this is The Rising’s best song to date. It has a super cool crossover pop sonic sound combined with picturesque lyrics about that dream summer we all want to experience.
It also has a fantastic Lady Antebellum inspired feel, thanks to its catchy, toe-tapping lyrics and standout lead female vocals. ‘Endless Summer’ has the potential to become the soundtrack to summer and fans are going to absolutely love it when it gets released next month.
There’s no denying that the British country scene is growing at a rapid pace with exciting homegrown talent such as Ward Thomas, The Shires, Catherine McGrath and The Wandering Hearts leading the way for new including the likes of Eleri Angharad, Clara Bond and Twinnie to take the genre in new directions as they bring their own version of UK country to the table.
And The Rising are definitely taking advantage of this major opening and are showcasing that they are not afraid to mix it up and combine multiple genres to create a sound truly unique to themselves. With ‘Endless Summer’ they have highlighted their ability to create a wonderful pop-infused country banger and it is sure to become a smash.
